As a Vulnerability Management Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of Dew Software's systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective Vulnerability Management programs to identify, assess, and mitigate security vulnerabilities.
- Conduct regular scans and assessments of systems, networks, and applications to identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Analyze and prioritize vulnerability findings, and ensure timely remediation of identified vulnerabilities.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement security fixes and patches, and provide guidance on vulnerability mitigation strategies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of Vulnerability Management processes and findings.
- Stay up to date with the latest security vulnerabilities and emerging threats, and provide recommendations to strengthen Dew Software's security posture.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing as needed to identify potential weaknesses.
- Provide training and awareness programs to educate employees on best practices for Vulnerability Management and security.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
- Cybersecurity 8+ years related experience
- Proven experience in automotive Vulnerability Management or cybersecurity.
- Strong understanding of automotive systems, network protocols, and security principles.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to automotive security (ISO/SAE 21434, UNECE WP.29, etc.).
- Proficiency in vulnerability assessment and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Experience with scripting and automation
- Solid experience with embedded systems, automotive systems, and security testing in various domains.
