For individuals similar to VP Sales / SVP Sales / President of Sales / CSO, with SDR / Sales Manager, Management responsibility. Since 2015, most of our clients direct hire job opportunities have been remote based jobs anywhere in the USA, with head offices in New York, Austin, Miami, Los Angles, San Francisco of highly successful fast growth small companies in nutritional or health supplements, wellness, fitness including alternative functional medicine.
The specific focus of this job and the background we need you to have is all of:
- Manager / Senior Leader of Sales professionals (SDRs, Sales Representatives, Sales Managers, Sales Director)
- Several years of success in B2B nutritional supplements sales to health practitioners, NDs/MDs and relevant resellers / partners / retailers in the USA (globally is a bonus however USA is mandatory). Experience of this customer market and relationships is mandatory
- Sales strategy, tactics and planning
- Able to set and manage KPIs plus lead by example with client generation and closing deals
- Hiring and performance management of Sales staff
- Proven sales process management, presentations, CRM, and business development
- Budget management, P&L, data analysis
- Professional, knowledgeable and well presented
- Able to build rapport, influence, persuade and negotiate for profitable deals and long term client satisfaction
- Documentation and executive board level reporting and meeting management
