Vice President, Corpay
What We Need
FLEETCOR is seeking to recruit a Vice President (VP), Automotive Sales for our Corpay business. The sales teams are vital to FLEETCOR’s organic growth and help provide “a better way to pay” for B2B clients in North America.
Corpay North America is one of the fastest growing and important divisions of FLEETCOR, a dedicated commercial payments company on the S&P 500, Fortune 1000, and Forbes Most Innovative companies. Corpay North America has a comprehensive suite of payment solutions to compete in a large and underserved market. This position will be REMOTE.
In this role, the VP, Automotive Sales will be responsible for leading a sales team focused on finding new revenue opportunities for our Automotive & Truck division. This role will also work closely with the other key stakeholders and the SVP, Vertical Markets to create scalable, repeatable growth inside this high-performing sales vertical. The VP, Automotive Sales must be a strong sales leader, with a proven track record of leading high-performing, consultative sales team members in a rapidly changing market. Our goal is to provide best in class payment solutions, software, and payment services to the Auto, Truck and Heavy Equipment industry. You will report directly to the SVP, Vertical Markets for Corpay.

The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Meeting team revenue goals in order to ensure corporate goals are met for continued company growth
- Set and enforce sales processes and procedures with a team of sales professionals in order to promote consistency in sales process
- Hire, train, mentor and develop our team in order to enhance each team member’s career and positively impact overall team performance
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Partner teams to continue Automotive vertical sales success.
- A proven history of leadership and sales success in a challenging industry.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate payments sales/leadership experience
- 8+ years selling and/or leading sales teams in the Commercial Payments space
- Ability to lead, motivate, and challenge sales team members.
- Expert understanding of Commercial Payments, SaaS software, or Technology Solutions.
- Ability to serve as a visionary, leader, and sales professional.
- Bachelor’s Degree of equivalent combination of education and experience
