Vice President of Sales
Location:Phoenix, Arizona
Travel: 25%
The Vice President of Sales is a pivotal member of the executive leadership team, playing a significant role in supporting and growing the organization. This key leadership position entails responsibility for leading the sales organization, including field sales managers, inside sales activities, and the sales training organization.
Essential Duties
- Responsible for making sure the sales organization is following our sales process.
- Build and drive local sales manager performance through exceptional leadership coaching.
- Work with our leadership team to help refine and set the future sales strategy, process, and “pitch” to improve the overall customer experience and sales KPI.
- Refine existing and evaluate other technologies to drive improved lead allocation and optimization.
- Take ownership of the sales POS application. Create a super user committee to identify and prioritize all future enhancements.
- Summarize company wide sales performance and deliver quarterly results to the Board of Directors with updates on projects, forecasts and improvements being implemented to drive the overall strategic plan.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in sales. Required.
- Minimum of ten years of Sales leadership experience. Required.
- Leadership and development of a direct representative sales force. Required.
- Grown a salesforce from 50 to 300+. Required.
- Successfully scaled a sales organization to $200M+ in revenue. Required.
- Experience with in-home sales and the one-call close process. Required.
- Operates with a continuous improvement and problem-solving mindset.
- Thrives in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
- Self-starter that takes the initiative to implement necessary changes.
- Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
