VP of Product & User Experience

Product Strategy:
  • Develop and articulate a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's overall vision and objectives.
  • Drive the identification of market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform product roadmaps.

Team Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Product managers and User experience professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide guidance on product development methodologies, best practices, and industry trends.

Product Roadmap:
  • Define and prioritize product initiatives based on a deep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to bring products to market successfully.

Innovation and Research:
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to drive product innovation.
  • Conduct market research and customer feedback analysis to inform product enhancements and new feature development.

Financial Management:
  • Develop and manage product budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet strategic objectives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the financial success of Product lines.
  • Own the P&L of the products

Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, marketing and operations support to ensure product strategies align with overall business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.

Product Lifecycle Management:
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to end-of-life, ensuring products meet quality standards and market expectations.
  • Work in the Agile framework with development teams

Communication Skills:
  • Represent the company at conferences and industry events, showcasing our products and thought leadership.
  • Effectively communicate the product vision and strategy to both internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Experience:
    • Experience working across Digital (web, mobile app), Field Service management (Point of Sale), Call center channels building omni channel experiences.
    • Experience with home service and/or franchising is preferred.
    • Proven success in developing and implementing successful product strategies.
    • Proven experience in product management and leadership roles, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
    • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Strong understanding of User Experience principles and the ability to translate them into product features.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • Schedule / in-office requirements:
    • Must be local to DFW as you will be asked to work in a 3 day in office work schedule.
