How will this role have an impact?

  • Contribute to Signify Health profitability by developing and supporting the engagement of health plan members with our services
  • Specifically, expand Signify's reach into the market by establishing strategic relationships with health plan clients and ecosystem partners who will co-promote Signify's services and schedule members for annual health evaluations


What will you do?

  • Own all inbound and outbound member engagement channels outside of Signify's traditional call center and print/email operations
  • Plan and execute an effective strategy for building Signify's brand awareness among consumers and expanding scheduling channels (within health plan clients and ecosystem partners) to meet growth objectives
  • Health plan client collaboration:
    • Serve as primary point of contact for in-house scheduling and Signify co-marketing activities conducted by our clients
    • Support the design, implementation, and measurement of new scheduling workflows within client teams
    • Serve as liaison between clients and the Signify Online Scheduling Portal product team to drive continuous improvement and roadmap development
  • Ecosystem partner development:
    • Ideate a diverse portfolio of channels that generate leads for Signify to conduct outreach, promote self-scheduling opportunities directly to members, and/or schedule members in real time
    • Grow and manage a strong pipeline of ecosystem partners who will promote and schedule members for In-Home Evaluations on behalf of Signify Health in the next 1-2 years
    • Develop and maintain a success strategy for each contracted partner, including developing workflows, training partner teams, and measuring KPIs
  • Oversee a dedicated budget and team of 1-3 direct reports (e.g. relationship managers, upper funnel partnership evaluation)
  • 50% travel, primarily to meet with current and prospective partners


We are looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Business, Business Administration, Marketing. Masters preferred.
  • 10 - 20 years in health care, preferably at a health plan or provider or in the retail health space
  • Proven experience in channel expansion and revenue growth through the development of strategic partnerships
  • Extensive experience in sales, marketing, business development, contract negotiation, and/or vendor management
  • Strong entrepreneurial instincts; ability to think creatively about partnerships and persuade clients and ecosystem partners to collaborate with Signify in new and innovative ways


The base salary hiring range for this position is $146,000 to $265,000. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.
