VP of Optical Operations

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Vice President of Operations to oversee and optimize our company's operations. As the Vice President of Operations, you will play a critical role in driving efficiency, productivity, and profitability across all departments. Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in shaping our operational strategies and ensuring the smooth functioning of our organization.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve overall performance
- Collaborate with executive team members to align operational goals with the company's strategic objectives
- Oversee and manage all aspects of operations, including supply chain management, production, quality control, and logistics
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and clients
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks or opportunities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and employee engagement within the operations department

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience as a Vice President of Operations or in a similar senior leadership role
- Strong knowledge of sales operations, medical billing, medical coding, medical terminology, laboratory operations, aseptic technique, senior care operations, retail math systems, etc.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions
- Demonstrated success in driving operational efficiency and achieving business objectives
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a track record of building high-performing teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $137,152.00 - $150,356.00 per year
