As the VP of HR, you will be a key member of our executive leadership team, responsible for shaping and executing our Human Resources strategy. Your primary focus will be on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, fostering a culture of excellence, and driving employee engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
· Lead the HR team in areas such as recruitment, talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
· Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a welcoming and equitable workplace.
· Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness.
· Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
· Create and maintain a positive employee experience, emphasizing employee development and well-being.
· Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business needs.
· Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth and development.
· Monitor HR metrics and analyze data to make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
· A minimum of 5 years of HR leadership experience, with a track record of success.
· Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
· Proven experience in talent acquisition and management.
· Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
