Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with a well established Real Estate and Development company in their search for a VP of Finance.

Responsibilities of the VP of Finance include but are not limited to:
- High-level review and approval of monthly reporting packages
- Review the calculation of the developers carried interest and reconcile to independent calculation.
- Develop procedures and models to allocate project costs
- Review contracts and determine revenue recognition methodologies
- Manage a team of direct reports and indirect reports
VP of Finance requirements:
- BS degree in Accounting or related discipline
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Real Estate experience required
- Very strong excel skills
