Vp Of Electric Vehicle Infrastructure & Construction

Trueline's client, a mission-driven Electric Vehicle fleet provider, is seeking an experienced construction project manager for the VP of Electric Vehicle Infrastructure role.

As the VP of Electric Vehicle Infrastructure, you will lead a growing department responsible for developing and constructing fleet charging depots across New England. The VP of EV Infrastructure reports directly to the C-suite and works cross-functionally with both internal and external stakeholders and contractors.

As the VP of EV Infrastructure, You Will:

• Lead each infrastructure project's management team, including mentorship, performance management, and long-term growth.
• Be an active presence on all project sites, providing leadership to your teams and confidence to our clients.
• Ensure completed projects meet rigorous duty cycles.
• Consistently and effectively develop and manage KPIs including project budget and schedule.
• Create scalable processes and operational efficiencies for all stages of development and construction projects.
• Oversee project lifecycles from contract award to turnover.
• Partner with both pre-, and post-construction teams on new business, project productivity, risk mitigation, and overall contract success.

You Will Succeed as the VP of EV Infrastructure If You Have:

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, or a similar field.
• Proven experience scaling operations and managing multiple complex projects at one time.
• Experience in any of the following: Electric Vehicle charging infrastructure, vehicle electrification, electrification infrastructure, or renewable energy construction.
• At least 10 years of experience in construction or engineering, construction project management/development.
• At least 5 years' experience leading teams of 8 or more.
• Proficiency with permitting, utilities, and regulatory processes.
• Familiarity with the implementation and use of construction project management tools and software including Procore and other site tracking software.
• A proactive sensibility and willingness to take on new responsibilities.
• A player-coach mindset: you enjoy being involved in a wide variety of activities from one day to the next, from meetings with the legal department to on-site management.
• A desire to advance the renewable energy and electrical movement.
• Comfort collaborating with multiple stakeholders and understanding varying priorities and perspectives.
