What Will Be Your Key Accountabilities?
- Coordinate and enforce branding guidelines and standards across departments and through monitoring of client satisfaction, social media monitoring and communications.
- Execution of marketing strategy to meet brand recognition, and promotional goals. Develop, manage and execute all advertising (print media, direct mail, website and social media, etc), promotional materials and corporate event activities. Includes vendor management. Maintain all marketing systems and processes, technology and applications.
- Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.
- Develop, organize, monitor and measure business acquisition campaigns.
- Ability to create and manage strategic marketing plans, budgets and forecasting.
- Excellent writing, presentation, project management, problem solving and Leadership skills.
- Ability to track and articulate marketing campaign results.
- Develop and deploy shareholder communications.
- Analysis of current customer's banking relationships and marketing opportunities
- Keep current on all marketing trends.
- Understanding of compliance, legal and regulatory requirements impacting marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with executive management.
- Demonstrated creative problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in multi-tasking and prioritizing projects.
- Excellent time management skills and be accustomed to working with deadlines.
- Understanding of and compliance with regulatory guidelines including but not limited to BSA, GLBA, UDAAP etc. as the regulations pertain to the employee's job function.

- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four year college or university; and five years related experience in B2B marketing, preferably in financial industry, and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
