About the Role:

 

We are seeking a strategic, results oriented Vice President (VP) Identity and Privileged Access Management who is responsible for developing and maintaining user identity lifecycle processes, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access review. Administer user authentication, authorization, and single sign-on solutions. Implement and enforce identity governance and compliance policies. Manage and secure privilege accounts, including passwords, keys, and certificates. Implement and maintain PAM solutions for access control, session monitoring, and auditing. Enforce least privilege access and conduct periodic access reviews for privileged accounts. Keep management informed of key operational metrics, highlight efficiencies and improvements on a regular basis. The VP Identity and Privileged Access Management is responsible for developing the team with the necessary skills to maintain the strategic and operational plans for support that also reflect the Company's mission, vision, values, and strategic goals.

What makes you the ideal candidate?

  • Ensure IAM and PAM solutions comply with industry standards and regulations
  • Create and maintain documentation for IAM/PAM processes and configurations
  • Train staff and end-users on security best practices and proper Access Management
  • Collaborate with cyber security teams to integrate IAM and PAM solutions into the organization's infrastructure Work closely with stakeholders to understand and address access requirements for present and future needs
  • Understand the complexities of our current security system, identify gaps in existing solutions and provide new solutions and recommendations
  • Lead projects and meetings with product owners, technology owners, business leaders and senior management
  • Create executive reporting showing meaningful metrics in all areas
  • Perform research and stay abreast of the latest developments in Identity & Access Management trends and legislation
  • Manage and operate within assigned budget and assist senior management with the development of the annual budget

Experience:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or computer science in related field or equivalent work experience
  • Greater than 10 years progressing responsibility and experience in technical support required
  • Greater than 10 years management or leadership experience in Software development and Identity Management required
  • 5-7 years of progressing responsibility and experience in system engineering, operations or administration required
  • Advanced working knowledge of Identity & Privileged Access Management; specifically, provisioning of user access, role definitions and access certifications
  • Experience with IAM and PAM solutions like Active Directory, Sailpoint, OKTA, and Cyberark
  • Advanced working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy Management, Integration and Directory Services
  • Strong management, analytical, organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written) are required
  • Should possess good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate system/network status information to all levels of the company

Compensation: Competitive salary and bonus eligibility; this role is eligible for company vehicle program.
