Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives and growth plans.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Plant Managers and Plant Administrators, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, compensation, benefits administration, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
- Lead change management efforts to support the company's growth trajectory and integration of acquired entities.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and practices to promote a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to foster a culture of belonging and respect.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to optimize HR processes and systems for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team on all HR-related matters.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on standalone company operations and corporate HR functions.
- Proven track record of leadership and management in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Experience working in a carve out as well as M&A integration experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Experience with benefits administration, payroll management, and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into HR initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
