Essential Functions:
- Manage Foodservice Distributors and Sales Force to Obtain Annual Sales and Profit Goals: Develop strategies to meet the needs of the customers with providing superior JB products and services. Develop marketing tools focused on features and benefits of products and services. Work with research and development to design items that meet customer demands. Deliver superior quality service that exceeds customer satisfaction.
- Develop and Grow Sales with Independent Foodservice Distributor Accounts: Set goals for product and services at Corporate designated Accounts. Achieve results through a cross collaborative sales team utilizing effective direction and communication.
- Train, Develop and Work with Region Account Executives: Set goals for products and services at designated independent accounts. Assign programs or training to help develop technical, selling and communication skills. Set guidelines and offer the resources that will help in the development and direction of account executive career paths. Motivate, train, and evaluate the performance of each team member. Invest at least 40 hours into training of self. Create a goal-driven team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships and communication with all key constituents that result in building synergies between customers and company.
- Keep Current on Industry Knowledge and Competitive Intelligence: Analyze market conditions and delivery systems to determine present and future direction.
