VP Business Operations, Integration Division

Clair Global Integration is looking for a Vice President of Business Operations (VP). The VP will report to the executive vice president and serve as an integral member of the senior management team. They will be responsible for the development of Clair Global Integration's financial management strategy and contribute to the development of the organization's strategic goals.

In addition to the strategic components, the VP will be charged with developing and implementing policies and procedures both in finance and general management. This is an opportunity for a construction executive with operational experience and a proven track record of creative problem-solving and change management in a high-end audio-video installation business that works in new construction and refits of large public assembly buildings such as casinos, performing arts centers, stadiums & theme parks.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Full responsibility for income statement, cash statement and balance sheet
• Create strategies and clear operational plans to meet company goals for quality & profitability
• Three year business planning and forecasting for growth
• Direct the activities of multiple cross functional teams by interacting with department managers
• Manage regulatory compliance and governance according to Clair Global standards
• Supervise WIP at a high level, issuing directives, and communicating clear decisions
• Maintain cash flow conversion cycle on all WIP
• Analyze progress of various company departments & create remedial actions when required
• Communicate company-wide updates to relevant stakeholders including board of directors
• Risk Management regarding decisions to enter construction contracts
• Contract conflict resolution on challenges when required
• Identify other business risks and communicate effective plans to both leadership & staff
• Visit all Clair Global Integration offices & monitor leadership initiatives to meet quality goals
• Attend pertinent industry meetings and conferences
• Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality

QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required to perform the essential functions of this job while exercising independent judgment and discretion.

• Strong leadership, planning, business decision making, and agile thinking
• Clear bias towards action in time of uncertainty
• Direct customer experience in construction industry
• Bachelor's or master's degree in business and/or finance
• Executive experience operating a construction business
• Previous responsibility for P&L at a large company
