Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Volunteer Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our team. The Affiliate Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving traffic and generating leads through Affiliate Marketing channels, including platforms like Clickbank, to support the mission and growth of Warriors First Inc. All logins and necessary programs will be provided to anyone selected for the position. Additionally, it is the responsibility of the Affiliate Marketer to find or create a lead list to help with the organization's newsletters as well. This is initially a volunteer position, with the potential to earn commission based on performance and funds generated for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Affiliate Marketing strategies to recruit and onboard affiliates who will promote our organization's cause.
• Manage relationships with affiliate partners, providing support, guidance, and resources to help them effectively promote our programs and initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, landing pages, and other assets to support Affiliate Marketing campaigns.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including traffic, leads, and conversions generated through affiliate channels.

What We're Looking For:

• Passion for our organization's mission and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of veterans, service members, and first responders.
• Previous experience in Affiliate Marketing or digital marketing is preferred but not required. Must have proven work experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate affiliate partners.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to succeed and achieve measurable goals.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with Affiliate Marketing platforms and tracking tools is a plus.

Goals:
As the Volunteer Affiliate Marketing Specialist, your primary goals will include:

• Recruit and onboard at least 10 new affiliate partners within the first 3 months, with a focus on platforms like Clickbank.
• Increase affiliate-driven traffic to our website by 50% within the first 6 months, leveraging programs such as Clickbank to generate funds for our organization.
• Generate a minimum of 50 leads or conversions through affiliate channels per month, contributing to the financial sustainability and growth of Warriors First Inc.

Compensation:
This is a volunteer position with the potential to earn commission based on performance. Bi-weekly or monthly commission payments will be provided to eligible volunteers who meet predefined performance targets.
