We are looking for dependable, client service-oriented Vocational advocates and teachers.
The incumbent should have excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills. Help us fight poverty by getting our program participants into the labor force.

- We are unable to hire candidates who do not have access to a vehicle every day.
Our Vocational Advocates work one-on-one with disabled individuals to support them to get a job and to get out of poverty.
The Vocational Advocate will:
- Assist individuals to assess their vocational skills.
- Assist individuals to find a job.
- Talk to prospective employers.
- Coach on resume, personal presentation, and interview skills.
- Work on the individual's behalf to develop employer relationships.
- Accompany the individual to work once hired to advocate for safety, inclusion and to insure that the employer's requirements are met.
- Assist the individual to learn the job and keep the job.
