Job Description
The Visual Merchandising Manager shapes the visual identity and aesthetic appeal of Rally House retail spaces. This position uses their creative vision and strategic mindset to drive the presentation of merchandise, ensuring an engaging an immersive shopping experience for our customers. This position collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to execute Visual Merchandising strategies that align with our brand image and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Visual Merchandising strategies and store layouts that enhance brand visibility, maximize sales through adjacencies, and elevate the overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to continuously refine and optimize visual presentation techniques.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and standards across all retail locations, while also allowing for flexibility to tailor displays to specific store demographics and product assortments.
- Curate merchandise assortments and develop display concepts that showcase product features, benefits, and seasonal themes effectively.
- Train store teams on product styling techniques, display standards, and maintenance protocols to uphold visual integrity and consistency.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, retail operations, and merchandising to align visual strategies with business objectives and promotional initiatives.
- Communicate Visual Merchandising guidelines, updates, and best practices to regional and store-level teams, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as sales, traffic patterns, and customer feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of Visual Merchandising initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, leveraging data insights to inform future strategies and decision-making.

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, or related field; Visual Merchandising experience in the retail apparel industry; Proficiency in Visual Merchandising software/tools and familiarity with retail analytics platforms
Work is typically performed in an office but projects may sometimes take the employee to a non-standard workplace; Requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards; Must have the ability to lift and small carry parcels, packages and other items up to 25lbs, and to walk short distances
