We are seeking a talented and passionate Visual Graphic Designer to join our creative team on a contract basis and help us communicate our brand's values and products through various print, web, And Digital platforms.

Position Description - Part time, Contractor, Hourly, Project Based

As a Visual Graphic Designer at our sustainable food brand, you will play a key role in shaping our brand's visual identity and delivering compelling design solutions across a range of media, including print, web, And Digital. You will work closely with our marketing team to create visually stunning and impactful materials that resonate with our target audience and highlight our commitment to sustainable food practices.

Possible Projects Include:

• Web Design: Maintain our website, ensuring a user-friendly and visually appealing online presence. Create web landing pages to support digital marketing campaigns.
• Digital Assets: Develop digital assets for social media platforms, email marketing, and online advertising. Design compelling visuals that tell our brand story and drive engagement.
• Packaging Labels: Manage the label development process for our in-house products.
• Photography: Collaborate with our photographer to create custom visual content that enhances our brand's image and showcases our food and beverage offerings.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in visual branding across all channels, adhering to brand guidelines and maintaining a strong visual identity.
• Print Production: Prepare and deliver print-ready files to external vendors, ensuring the highest quality standards are met. Create visually engaging and cohesive designs for various marketing collateral, including product packaging, brochures, and flyers, that align with our brand guidelines and sustainability ethos.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing work in the food and beverage industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Canva.
• Solid understanding of web design principles and experience with website management platforms
• Knowledge of digital design best practices for various social media platforms and email marketing.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for sustainable food and beverage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Work Requirements

• Contractor, Project Based, Part Time: 10-15 hours per week.
• Ability to work hybrid preferred, but remote is an option.
• Have availability for meetings during general business hours, Central Standard Time.
• Set your own schedule.

Compensation

• Commensurate with experience.
