A Successful FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative Will:

• Be the initial contact with current as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center
• Learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders
• Enjoy being involved in daily team meetings, executing business and marketing plans and being intimately involved in the success of the FASTSIGNS Center
• Work with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, in-person, and possibly at their place of business
• May be called upon to do Graphic Design Work, if skill set allows. Not necessary.
• Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long-term clients.
• Business Hours Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:30PM.
  

Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative:

• 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred.
• Sign Industry and/or Graphic Design background a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn, and has the ability to build relationships
• Great listening and organization skills
• Quick Learner
• Team Player
• Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work.
• Fast-Paced Environment.
• Strong Project Management skills
• Cross Training available
