Sr. Digital Graphic Designer

The Sr. Digital Graphic Designer is a creative individual who excels at engaging and on-brand Digital Graphics for a variety of media. This candidate will work with multiple brands and stakeholders to deliver innovative digital assets for multimedia including: websites, advertising, animation, emails, social media, and interactive displays. Our successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and digital marketing, with the ability to vary style and layouts depending on the brand.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Creative Director and marketing teams to conceptualize and create any digital assets to communicate the brand message in all creative-related avenues while adhering to style guidelines on fonts, colors, and imagery by brand.
• Responsible for all aspects of projects including but not limited to digital and social media advertisement design, website design mockups, interactive presentations, email marketing designs, owned social media designs, and more.
• Consistently research, identify, and share current industry design trends and competitive reviews as they relate to the brand.
• Creates and designs website assets from hero images to home page and landing page mockup designs with a mobile-first approach.
• Collaborate and provide art assistance, feedback, and support to the creative team.
• Utilizes knowledge of current digital design and web UI/UX techniques and best practices to create high-performing assets across multiple platforms.
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Travel and support as needed for beauty shows, photo, and video shoots, and any other business-related travel needs (10% travel required).

• 7+ years experience as a Graphic Designer in any of the following areas: website wireframe and mockup design, UI/UX design, digital and social ads design, and graphic design
• 3+ years managing others and providing direction and support with creative talent
• Expertise in current graphic design practices, such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign
• Strong conceptual skills and design style, including creative design solutions within the constraints, structures, and functionality of print and/or web
• Strong understanding of web-optimized containers, file size, and dimensions
• Strong understanding of designs for ADA Compliance
• Understanding of and experience in corporate branding, layout, color theory, and typography in both print and digital media
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure with a variety of departments
