The Role
This is a unique and exciting opportunity to be part of an emerging global brand.Our Visitor Experience Associate are a vital link in our mission, ensuring our visitors have an unforgettable experience at SPYSCAPE HQ.
Working in the heart of New York City, Visitor Experience Associate provide guidance and information to ensure an enjoyable, educational, and safe visit for all our guests across ticketing, experience, retail and cafe. Visitor Experience Associate also support ad-hoc events at HQ.
The Visitor Experience Associate role reports to the Head of Operations, with daily direction and supervision from the Manager on Duty.
Ideal candidates are outgoing and proactive individuals willing to dive into a dynamic environment, happily taking on a variety of tasks as needed.

Specific Responsibilities
- Act as a proud ambassador for the SPYSCAPE brand at all times
- Provide a friendly, welcoming, high energy service to guests
- Drive sales via proactive (but always appropriate) engagement and assistance
- Operate POS retail and ticketing systems, including cash transactions
- Have a thorough knowledge of our experience and merchandise
- Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve our customer-centric goals
- Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment at SPYSCAPE HQ
- Oversee operations of specific exhibits including queuing and crowd control
- Monitor our public spaces, paying close attention to the needs of visitors
- Regularly test experiences for functionality
- Support events, including setup and breakdown
- Respond appropriately to guests with special needs, including emergencies
- Help with occasional off-site experiences and events as needed
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time

Note
Continuing employment contingent on obtaining a FDNY F-03 indoor place of assembly safety personnel COF within 45 days of hire.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
