VISITING HOSPICE R.N. Per Diem: North Orange County and surrounding areas

Legacy Hospice and Palliative Care, located in Chino, CA, is currently looking for compassionate and caring Registered Nurses with hospice care experience to care for our current caseload in:

Northern Orange County and West Los Angeles and its surrounding areas

We are a hospice and palliative care agency seeking RN's who live in and/or in the immediate proximity to North Orange County to do per-diem field visits. The RN will address patient and family concerns, and work with the team to ensure communication of important information and care plan changes. Must have working knowledge of HospiceMD. REGISTERED NURSES:Per-diem rate can range from $85.00 to $300.00 per visit and is dependent on the type of visit being provided (example, Supervisory visit, Recertifications, Admissions)
