Hospice RN Per Diem

Cardinal Care Hospice has a need for a RN in our Per Diem department

Hospice RN experience REQUIRED

• SOC-$200.00- $250.00 Per visit
• Discharge:$200.00
• -Paid Mileage included

RN at least 1 year experience as hospice nurse .

Primary Responsibilities:

• Solid clinical background as a field Hospice nurse .
• Discussing/ explaining prognosis: symptom management, conveying with families.
• Patient assessment, review records / history .

Credentials required:

Current Registered Nurse License (RN) / Current LVN License (LVN)
Current Physical
Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
Current BLS card.
