Our ideal candidate is a quick learner with multitasking abilities and a solid understanding of insurance and claims reimbursement processes. Excellent telephone and patient relation skills are a must, along with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and process information for medical insurance claims
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in pending claims
- File online Vision Claims with various insurance companies
- Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment
Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 8-5
