Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance sales skills and techniques.
- Adapt sales strategies based on feedback, coaching, and market insights.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telesales or outbound sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Resilient and able to handle rejection in a positive manner.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
