Job Summary:
We are seeking passionate, creative, and dynamic Virtual Preschool Teachers to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of children aged 3-5 by delivering high-quality, interactive, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences in a virtual setting.
Key Responsibilities
Lesson Planning and Delivery: Develop and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in an online format. Incorporate interactive elements to maintain young learners' interest and engagement.
Classroom Management: Effectively manage the virtual classroom, ensuring a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all children.
Technology Utilization: Proficiently use various digital tools and platforms for teaching, communication, and student assessment.
Parental Communication: Regularly communicate with parents or guardians to discuss children’s progress, provide guidance on reinforcing learning at home, and address any concerns.
Child Development Monitoring: Observe and evaluate children’s performance, behavior, social development, and physical health.Adapting to Individual Needs: Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning styles and needs of students.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other teachers, assistants, and administrative staff to develop curriculum and share best practices.
Professional Development: Continuously seek professional development opportunities to stay current with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education and virtual teaching.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students’ progress and attendance.
Cultural Sensitivity: Foster an inclusive environment that respects diverse backgrounds and cultures.
Qualifications
Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field. A master’s degree is often preferred.
Certification: State teaching certification in Early Childhood Education or a relevant area.
Experience: Experience in teaching, with a preference for those who have worked with preschool-aged children. Experience in a virtual teaching environment is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computers, digital teaching tools, and various online learning platforms.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, crucial for interacting with young children, parents, and colleagues.Qualifications
