Job Title: Virtual School Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Responsibilities:
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA): Assess clients' behavior and develop comprehensive FBA reports to guide intervention planning.
Develop and Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP): Create effective behavior intervention plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
Virtual Consultation: Provide high-quality virtual consultation services using VocoVision's secure and user-friendly platform.
Collaborate Remotely: Work collaboratively with educational teams, parents, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to behavior intervention.
Data Analysis: Regularly review and analyze data to assess the progress of behavior intervention plans and make necessary adjustments.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessments, interventions, and progress reports.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- MassachusettsSchool Licensure
- Minimum of 2 years of BCBA experience.
- School experience preferred
- Familiarity with virtual service delivery and telepractice.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently.
- Must pass a VocoVision technical screening (showing knowledge of the platform Zoom)

- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone.
- Dedicated and quiet workspace.
- Proficiency in using telepractice platforms (training provided if needed).
