basic requirements:
Social media influence: With 10,000-100,000 TikTok fans, you have demonstrated strong online influence and the ability to interact with a wide audience.
Sales Expertise: Proven sales or customer service experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals. Requires knowledge of sales techniques and the ability to implement them effectively.
Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate, interact and build relationships with customers. We prioritize candidates who are articulate, persuasive and able to provide quality service.
Fashion Insight: Demonstrated knowledge of fashion trends and the ability to provide style advice. Refined taste and sense of style are essential in advising clients.
Industry experience: Applicants with working experience in the fashion industry are preferred, and can have a deeper understanding of market trends and customer preferences.
Content Creation Skills: Video shooting and editing skills for commercial purposes to assist with our marketing and promotional efforts.
Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Engage customers and deliver a personalized shopping experience with TIKTOK.
Fashion Guidance: Provides fashion advice, styling tips and product insights to help customers make informed choices.
Market Awareness: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and latest fashion trends to enhance customer service.
Sales and Promotions: Participate in and facilitate sales programs, promotions and marketing strategies designed to increase engagement and sales.
Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing team to create engaging video content to promote our products and services.
