We are looking for copilots that can serve our clients; you will be an integral part of our mission. You will be serving a broad range of personal tasks on behalf of our clients. Our clients range in backgrounds both professional and culturally.
Tasks can span from making reservations to shopping for all sorts of things including gifting, event planning, travel assistance, and other administrative tasks. As a copilot with our client, you will be interacting with the clients directly, while also researching options, calling vendors and businesses and making purchases on behalf of vendors.
Some examples may include researching the steps to:
- apply for private elementary schools; detailing the process for signing up for summer camp;
- calling car dealerships to identify car availability;
- calling doctor's offices to make appointments;
- finding trendy gift options to send to loved ones;
- planning birthday parties and events; among others.
- Should be detail-oriented and tech-savvy (G- Suite, Zendesk)
- Native English written and verbal skills
- Is "in-the-know" of great spots and enjoys being creative
- Proactive problem-solver
- Is a smart, strategic thinker and a tactical executer
- Has great time-management and communication skills
- High deductive reasoning skills
- Understands current and future trends in our customer's demographic

Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, personal or professional assistant services, or event planning.
- Must demonstrate flexibility to accommodate varying work schedules.
- Experience as a Virtual Assistant, C-Level Assistance and High-End Retail is a plus.
- High end lifestyle enthusiast, interest with posh lifestyle and fashion is also an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- A reliable and robust internet connection is required
- All candidates must have valid authorization to work in the U.S
- Legal age of employment; at least 18 years old.
- Schedule: Flexible with Hours. Open to work on any of the following shifts - Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST OR Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST OR Weekend Wrap Around - Fridays to Mondays, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST
