Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our dynamic team in Washington State. This is a virtual position, allowing you to work remotely from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate clients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities.
- Develop personalized treatment plans to address clients' needs and goals.
- Implement evidence-based interventions to improve clients' functional independence and quality of life.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients and their families throughout the therapeutic process.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care coordination.
Requirements:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in Washington State.
- Minimum of 2 years of school based experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- Proficiency in conducting virtual assessments and delivering telehealth services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification or willingness to apply for ESA certification.
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and best practices in occupational therapy.
