Responsibilities
Maintain a caseload of clients to be treated for common mood disorders, substance abuse, and life adjustment challenges
Provide psychotherapy to clients using evidence-based practices
Complete assessments and treatment plans for clients
Participate in team meetings and case consultations as needed
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and professional standards
Qualifications
Active clinical license in social work
2+ years of experience providing individual and/or group therapy
Experience working with common mood disorders, substance abuse, and life adjustment challenges
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and current trends in the field
Strong computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records

Employees must accrue at least one hour of paid leave for every 40 hours worked, for up to 40 hours of paid leave every 12- months.

Clinical Social Worker: $80,000-$90,000 + sign-on bonus of $10,000
Ability to focus solely on direct care by relieving administrative tasks using AI software and a trained administrative team.
