What will you do as a Regional Sales Representative?
As a representative of NRCA, You will be an individual that will connect with roofing contractors, both locally and throughout the state, to promote and sell NRCA membership, products, and services with the purpose of increasing the association's outreach to its current members by serving as a local service rep. This individual will aim to build awareness of and engagement with NRCA's benefits and services.
In this position we are looking to increase member recruitment sales and membership retention including the sale of ancillary products and services (e.g. education and certification programs) through in-person meetings with contractors, participation at local industry events, and leveraging connections with manufacturers, distributors and other key industry professionals.

Will are some of the Duties and Responsibilities of the Regional Sales Managers?
In this position, they will be collaborating with the Sales Director ro pinpoint potential prospects with in designated sales territories. Goals to increase new membership sales and renewal rates, reach out to provided prospects and schedule in person visits and meetings. Seek new prospects through outreach efforts and participating in local industry events. Building new relationships with non-members and member contractors to increase their engagement with NRCA, providing awareness of the products and services available to them.
Experience we are looking for in a Regional Sales Manager
- Sales Experience, a proven track record in sales, membership-based is a plus.
- Goal-driven and able to meet or exceen sales targets and quotas.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Practical verbal and written communication skills.
- Skilled in persuasion and negotiation to close deals and upsell to potential members.
- Proficiency with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and other sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities and monitor progress including virtual meetings.
- Practical time management and customer service.
- Basic data analysis skills and commitment ot ethical sales practices.
- Basic data analysis skills to identify trends, target potential customers more effectively and make data-driven decisions
Education and/or Equivalent Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business or equivalent preferred
- Minimum five years of sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment
- Roofing industry experience preferred
Travel and Overtime Requirements:
The position requires occasional overnight and/or weekend travel, as necessary, in conjunction with trade shows, conventions, meetings, etc.
Performance measures:
Measured metrics will include:
- Monthly sales quotas
- Number of sales calls per month
- Number of in-person bookings per month
- Conversion rate from leads to sales
- Number of sales opportunities
- Average membership sale ($)
- Membership retention results
