Responsibilities:
- Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses.
- Develop and maintain a client base through networking, our lead system, and referrals.
- Conduct needs-based analysis to determine the most suitable insurance coverage for clients.
- Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients' needs and budgets.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and processing policy changes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets.
-Attend regular morning training calls and team calls.
Experience:
- Experience in sales, preferably in insurance or a related field
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) to effectively communicate with a diverse client base
- Knowledge of insurance products, sales administration, and market trends
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act)
