Virtual Estate Planning/Estate Administration Paralegal

We are looking for a fully remote experienced estate planning and/or estate administration & probate paralegal with strong writing and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail is a must. Ideal candidate must have at least 7 years of recent experience handling estate planning, estate admin and/or probate matters from start to finish, including estate accountings. We have about 10-20 billable hours per week to increase quickly.

We are looking for candidates who are tech savvy and able to pick up new software quickly.

• Experience in multiple states/jurisdictions is also huge plus.
• While this is a contract position, candidates must have some availability to work during normal business hours and respond to client requests/inquiries within the same day.
• Must be dependable, a self-starter, organized, and able to jump in right away to work on projects.
• We also need paralegals who know how to handle multiple projects and personalities at once.
• While we can train on systems and software, we do not have time to train on estate planning basics.
• Experience with handling Medicaid claims is preferred.
• Experience with guardianships and conservatorships also highly preferred.
