- Demonstrates timeliness, courtesy, sincerity, and patience when dealing with customers, providing customer orientation, instructing on the proper use of equipment, and working with customers to solve a variety of problems.
- Completes evaluation of problem(s) presented by our customers
- Trouble shoots and provides solutions to problems or questions via the telephone, Zoom, or other approved methods
- Completes work order or pick up exchange when a solution cannot be found
- Participates in an on-call rotation for afterhours trouble shooting
- Notifies on call MET of orders they create and assign them to that driver via Transport Manager.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- DME experience preferred.
- DME delivery experience a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Zoom a plus
- Excellent communication and customer relation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills (a team player).
- Clean and neat in personal appearance.
- Must pass the Human Performance Evaluation assessment.
