Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Duties:
- Answer incoming calls from clients and provide assistance with inquiries, concerns, or issues
- Handle outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or provide additional information
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure professional and courteous communication with clients
- Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the appropriate department
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in the system
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation
Experience:
- Previous experience in a Call Center or customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desired
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is beneficial
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
