Virtual Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - School Setting

We are currently seeking a Virtual Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and support our students' behavioral and social-emotional development.
Position Overview: As a Virtual BCBA, you will work remotely, providing expert behavioral analysis and intervention services to our students. You will collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop effective strategies and individualized behavior plans. Your role will be critical in helping our students overcome challenges and reach their full potential. This is a remote position based in Alabama.
Responsibilities:
- Starting in the summer for the upcoming 23-24 school year.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral challenges and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students.
- Provide ongoing support to students and staff.
- Analyze and interpret behavioral data to track progress, modify intervention plans, and make data-driven decisions.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and implement evidence-based practices to address challenging behaviors.
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans and interventions.
- Provide training and professional development opportunities to teachers and staff on behavior management techniques and strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress reports.
- Attend virtual meetings, consultations, and trainings as required.
Qualifications:
- Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
- Experience working as a BCBA in a school setting is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with virtual platforms and technology tools for remote collaboration.
- Strong understanding of behavioral assessment and intervention strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining effective communication with team members.
- Knowledge of special education laws and regulations related to behavior analysis in Alabama is a plus.
- 1099 contract position.
