Fully Remote Board Certified Behavior AnalystJob in Gadsden, AL
VocoVision is partnering with a school district in the Gadsden, AL area in search of a remote BCBA (Board Certified Behavioral Analyst)for both a full and part time role. This position will treat you as an independent contractor, meaning you'll be able to schedule your own work hours while providing online services for students in need. All contracts with VocoVision are 1099 with the goal of providing better flexibility. Position Details
- 1099 independent contracting structure
- K-12grade caseload with mild-moderate symptoms
- Full-time expected hours (see below for more details)
- We work with a Zoom Plus application (HIPAA/FERPA compliant)
- You will be able to bill for both direct time with students in addition to time spent
Start and End Dates:ASAP to 06/2024
School Hours:8:00 to 3:30 PM local time
- Full-time: 37.5 estimatedhours in total, including time for planning and IEP management.
- Part-time: 15-30 hours, depending on your current availability.
- You can complete any indirect hours at your own time.
Requirements
- Masters Degree in Special Education
- Active BCBAState Certification from BACB.
- Alabama state certification to work within a school setting.
- Two years of experience in a school setting (preferred).
- Professional liability insurance coverage to work with students.
- Home computer with camera and microphone functions with strong internet connection.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual assessments to identify specific needs and develop personalized strategies for behavior intervention.
- Collaborate with clients, caregivers, and support staff to implement behavior intervention plans effectively.
- Utilize remote platforms and technology tools for virtual consultations and interventions.
- Supervise and oversee RBT's to help assist goals in student behavioral needs.
For any positions with VocoVision, you must be comfortable with working as an independent contractor! This means, you will be paid in full for any hours worked. You will be compensated for 100% of the time you work, including both direct time with students and indirect planning periods & IEP development.
