Virtual, Bilingual Speech Language Pathologistin California
We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated bilingual, Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team as an independent contractor. As a Virtual SLP, you will provide online therapy services to students in California, and work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to support their academic and social-emotional growth.
Responsibilities:
- Full time for the upcoming 23-24 school year
- Elementary school students
- Must know SEIS and strongly recommend knowledge of paradigm
- Must be knowledgeable with AAC devices
- Conduct online assessments and evaluations to determine student needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy sessions
- Monitor and assess student progress, and provide timely feedback to students and parents/guardians
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure the success of all students
- Maintain accurate and complete records of student progress and attendance
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians and school staff to keep them informed of student progress and any concerns
- Attend virtual meetings and professional development sessions as required
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
- California SLP license or teaching certification
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
- Must be able to pass our tech screen.
- 1099 contract with liability insurance.
