Virtual Assistant Interior Designer

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Assisting in Interior Design Efforts, such as:

• Creating 3-D Design Renderings for Clients via Chief Architect Design Software
• Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences, needs, and budget
• Assist Main Designer in Creating and Presenting design concepts, including floor plans, color schemes, and furniture selections
• Source and select materials, finishes, and furnishings for each project
• Facilitating Product Delivery for Clients prior to Install Days
• Assisting Main Interior Designer during Person Install Days or Measure Checks (in the Fredericksburg, Virginia area)
• Communicating with Trade Partners

Assisting in Administrative Efforts, such as:

• Assisting in Creating Estimates for New Clients
• Assisting in Responding to New Inquiries in a Timely Manner
• Emailing/Communicating with Clients

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Degree in Interior Design or Minimum 1-2 Years Interior Design Experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Self-Motivated and Able to Prioritize Tasks while being Work from Home
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to Learn Chief Architect 3-D Rendering Software
• Willingness to Learn Canva, Honeybook and/or Softwares related to Day to Day Activities
• Knowledge of Google Office Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets)
