Virtual Accountant

Accounting Girl, LLC, is hiring a virtual accounting superhero! We are a virtual accounting and CFO firm, working entirely in the cloud and in a paperless environment, and with business owners from all over the country. This is a full time, work from home, W2 position. Our new superhero must have superb communication skills and a client-centered attitude. Being able to respond to communications in a timely and professional manner is a must. They must also be technologically literate and self-motivated - super bonus points for taking initiative and being a quick learner - we have a busy and growing practice so being able to jump in immediately will be greatly rewarded. A degree in accounting, or recent bookkeeping certification, is required, and experience with QBO is required. A strong background in and an understanding of accounting functions (deposits, expenses, bank recs, payroll, and financial statement literacy) is also required.
