The VIP Conciergeprovides high level services to our clients at unique experiences activated for our Chase Sapphire customers. For more than a decade, Chase Sapphire has activated in unique experiences at locations across the country and at marquee events, serving as hubs for unique access at culinary, entertainment and cultural experiences. That same inspiration will come to life in our Sapphire Lounges in top airport locations, providing an elevated experience for customers with access to regionally inspired food, drink, art and entertainment and wellness in select locations.
Members of the team interact with all levels of premium JP Morgan Chase clients and executives on a daily basis and ensure they are provided with thoughtful, seamless, discreet and high touch customer service. The VIP Concierge team builds solid relationships by being the coordinator for our guests and partnering with operating partners in lounge and at the airport. The VIP Concierge supports the end to end VIP guest journey pre arrival, as well as onsite. This includes managing reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting clients day-of with any additional needs.
Job responsibilities
- Welcome guests onsite with high touch, customer first approach, and focus on maintaining confidentiality pertaining to high profile visitors
- Greet and escort guests to and from the Lounge
- Managing reservations through facilitating inbound and outbound phone calls, emails and onsite coordination
- Cover reception desk essentials, greet and direct clients when they arrive and depart, as well as offer tours of the premise
- Coordinates with operating partners to ensure all guests and reservations are handled professionally and according to onsite protocols
- Assist guests with recommendations for their destinations such as local restaurants, hotels, transportation, directions and information on local attractions
- Adhere to operations principles outlined to ensure consistent, high-quality experiences for guests
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in high end reception or concierge service
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Necessary computer skills/ programs (EMS, excel, word and outlook, etc.)
- Professional appearance and presentation
- Experience or interest in working in an airport environment
- Adhere to operations principles outlined by the team meeting branding standards
- Troubleshooting and strong problem-solving skills
