Allied Universa is hiring Residential Concierge Associates for a Luxury Residential Building located in Long Island City, Queens.
- Positions Are: Full Time
- Workdays Available: Candidates should be flexible Monday - Sunday
- Work Shifts Available: Morning/Afternoons, Evenings and Overnights
- Pay Rate: $21.55 / hour
The Residential Concierge greets residents and visitors and provides a professional and welcoming environment at high profile residential client site.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer service, greet residents and guests to the residential complex in a welcoming and professional manner at all times
- Direct food delivery personnel to the residential apartment
- Accept packages as needed for residents or directs delivery to the correct apartment
- Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security or safety hazards
QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior experience required
- Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
- Excellent oral and written interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new and customer-specific applications
- Attention to detail
- Customer service skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):
- Customer service or hospitality experience in a residential community or hotel setting
