As we build out the marketing team, the Videographer will play a key role in developing our brand and content to help us grow to the next level.

- Monday to Friday in the office in Falmouth, Maine
- This is NOT a remote position
$45,000 - $50,000 per year
Responsibilities:WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a valued member of the team, you will collaborate with team leads to produce captivating content across a broad range of creative projects and campaigns to publish for Madison Mortgage.
The Videographer will work closely with business leaders, vendors and clients to develop entertaining and engaging content that drives metrics for our business.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong work ethic who can perform at a high-level, handle multiple assignments, and possesses outstanding time management skills to produce design solutions with high visual impact.
Must be creative in coming up with video content ideas for the company and be experienced with all social media platforms.

Qualifications:WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Knowledge of production equipment including cameras, lenses, and lighting equipment
- Ability to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and perform repairs to audio and video equipment
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in photography and editing
- Sound editorial judgment is a must to meet quick and changing deadlines
- Knowledge of professional audio and/or videotape editing and post-production procedures, techniques, and standards.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with our clients and within the internal team
- Working with real estate agents or within the mortgage industry is a plus but not a requirement
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to shoots and events
