Join our passionate and growing team at Gesa Credit Union as a Videographer! Your role will be pivotal in creating dynamic visual content that aligns with our mission, vision, and aspirations. You will be a key player in every stage of video production, from brainstorming to final edits, crafting engaging narratives that connect our stakeholders, deliver top-notch material for our media partners, and help people realize their love for their jobs.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Proficient in video editing software and camera operation.
- Knowledge of lighting techniques and sound recording.
- Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to maintain brand consistency across all video content.
- Strong analytical skills for performance tracking and improvement.
About You:

What You Will Need:
- Education: Degree or diploma in Film, Media, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or relevant internship experience. A portfolio showcasing your video work will be highly valued.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software and camera operation, lighting, and sound recording knowledge.
- Desired: Significant weight will be given to individuals that express a passion for:
- Continuous self-improvement and learning.
- Creating and cultivating a culture of inclusivity, positivity, and collaboration.
- Building programs and initiatives from 0-1.
