Full-Time Video Monitoring Team Lead

What You'll Do:
Exercise good judgement and logical thought patterns in emergency situations and under heavy workload for an extended period of time
Make an initial assessment of the nature and urgency of the call and determine appropriate response
Establish and maintain effective work relationships with coworkers and management
Excellent communication, customer service, and public relations skills
They must maintain and deliver exceptional quality
Attention to detail, focus, and follow through
Strong ability to use a personal computer and telephonic systems and related software applications
Manage staffing levels and adjust operator partitions in order to keep up with the changing demands of alarm traffic
Solve employee and technical problems proactively
Maintain professionalism, and integrity to ourselves, co-workers, and customers
What We're Looking for?:
- Ability to work in a demanding and stressful situations while remaining calm and conveying a calm professional demeanor for the duration of the call
Be available to work holidays and weekends as needed
Must be able to read and speak clearly in English
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cohesively within a team environment
Maintain a consistent and predictable schedule
High school diploma or equivalent required
Solve problems effectively
Preferred Experience (but not required)
Experience managing or mentoring a team strongly preferred
Experience working in a fast-paced customer-centric environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Products
Bilingual is a plus
Schedule Availability: Candidates must be available to work one of the following three shifts listed below:
Shift 1:
Tuesday: 6pm – 6am
Wednesday: 6pm – 6am
Thursday: 6pm – 6am
Every other Friday: 6pm – 6am
Shift 2
Saturday: 6pm – 6am
Sunday: 6pm – 6am
Monday: 6pm – 6am
Every other Friday: 6pm – 6am
Shift 3
Monday: 9am – 6pm
Tuesday: 9am – 6pm
Wednesday: 9am – 6pm
Thursday: 9am – 6pm
Friday: 9am – 6pm
