a360media is seeking a passionate and organized individual to manage the day-to-day operations of our Us Weekly Video Studio. As the Video Studio Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our production space, from pre-production to post-production, and equipment management.
Responsibilities: Studio Operations
- Manage studio bookings and scheduling, ensuring e?cient utilization of space and equipment.
- Coordinate with production teams to prepare the studio for shoots.
- Maintain and troubleshoot studio equipment, including cameras, lighting, sound systems, and editing software.
- Record and manage all footage from instudio shoots.
- Oversee the setup and breakdown of sets and props.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the studio space.
- Edit content when required.
- Ensure the secure capture, organization, and accessibility of all video and audio data throughout the production process.
Project Management:
- Assist with project planning and budgeting for video productions.
- Manage work?ow timelines and deadlines.
- Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Order and manage supplies and materials.
Quali?cations:
- Bachelor's degree in ?lm, media production, or a related ?eld (preferred).
- Minimum 23 years of experience in a video production environment.
- Proven experience in managing studio operations and equipment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Pro?cient in video editing software (preferably Premiere) and basic studio equipment operation.
Salary Range: $75,000 - $80,000
