Video Production Manager

Job Title: Production Manager/Videographer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Production Manager/Videographer to join our team.

Position Overview: As a Production Manager/Videographer you will play a pivotal role in the creation of compelling visual content. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in shooting and editing videos, possess a deep understanding of various Video Production techniques, and exhibit strong leadership skills to manage a team of creative professionals. Must be able to operate in a high pace environment and meet strict deadlines to produce high volume with creativity.

Responsibilities:

1. Video Production:

1. • Execute end-to-end Video Production processes, from conceptualization to delivery.
   • Utilize advanced skills in shooting, lighting, and sound to capture high-quality footage.
   • Edit and enhance videos using Adobe Suite and other relevant tools.

1. Management:

1. • Lead and manage a team of videographers, editors, writers, and graphic designers.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
   • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a creative and collaborative work environment.

1. Quality Control:

1. • Ensure that all produced content aligns with the company's standards and meets client expectations.
   • Lead the Team to be sure that projects are completed in a timely manner.
   • Conduct regular reviews to enhance the quality of Video Production.

1. Media/Television Experience:

1. • Bring to the table a strong background in media or television station experience.
   • Apply industry best practices and stay updated on emerging trends to keep our content competitive.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Videographer and Editor, with an impressive portfolio showcasing a range of projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.) and other relevant video editing tools.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage and motivate a creative team.
• Extensive knowledge of Video Production techniques, equipment, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
