At Disc Replay, you'll work with an awesome team and deal with movies, Video Games, and electronics. There are no sales quotas. You work with your team of supervisors and sales associates to guide everyone toward accomplishing common goals. We recognize the value of personal growth and foster the development of each team member. Finding success in this role will ultimately come from being attentive to the needs of your customers and your employees. 

The manager position holds a lot of responsibility. Disc Replay is looking for someone who understands the value of excellent customer service, has experience managing staff in a retail environment, and is enthusiastic about the product lines we carry. 

Major areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:

• Creating and maintaining a team of people who work together toward goals
• Scheduling and leading weekly staff meetings 
• Elevating your teammates and coordinating with them to accomplish goals.
• Managing the buying and selling of inventory, keeping products at targeted stock levels.
• Promote superior customer service to all customers every day. Ensure that all store associates understand and support the pursuit of superior service.
• Maintaining merchandise and visual presentation standards on a daily basis.
• Create work schedules, implement store improvement plans, and have regular one-on-one meetings with each member of your team
• Ensuring the completion of regular inventory counts 
• Consistently strive to improve the store by identifying areas of improvement and coming up with solutions for improvement 
• Attending weekly meetings with the management team

Qualifications:

• Prior supervisor experience, plus two years retail sales experience, preferably in similar product categories
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
• Customer service skills and the 
• Ability to listen to others and come up with creative solutions to problems
• Experience oriented
• Must have an understanding of computer file systems

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Lifting up to 40 lbs without assistance.
• Bending, rotating, and reaching conducive to a retail environment and to receiving, pricing, and stocking merchandise.
• Able to operate a computerized sales terminal.
